Hello and welcome

Here we have listed some sea angling club sites for you to check out or join.

We have listed only those that have stepped out of the stone age and embraced the 20th century by using the internet.

We would like to point out here a few facts that show why we made the above remark!!!

There are listed by the angling trust 3700 s.a.c. s of which only just over 100 have embraced the internet to advertise their clubs and encourage membership,share their passions for the sport and encourage others to join them.

Simply put if you are reading this you are looking into a window that the whole world can look into??

Sea angling is the 4th placed angling sport in the U.K. above statement probably explains why??

Coarse carp and game fishing clubs have embraced the internet 100 fold compared to s.a.c. s

Yes we here you ask but it costs a lot ?? our answer is no it does not most of the s.a.c s listed use freewebs to host their club, some use free bloggs some use free forums some do use web hosts that do cost a bit but less than most clubs membership fees??

If you are a member of a club that has not got a internet site please check these out and ask yourselves these questions.

Can we open a site for the club A? YES

Do we have a member that can create a site A? YES

Can we do it for free A? YES

Will it benefit the club A? YES

Will it raise our profile A? YES

Will it increase membership A? YES

So have a good look at these sites for inspiration and check out the different ways methods they have gone about doing this, show them to other members and ask yourselves why not do this for our club??
